Marie brings to Talent booth Limited an experience of over fifteen years gained from the telecommunications and manufacturing industries in the fields of administration and Human Resources management with the added advantage of project management and Team Leadership. Her experience cuts across a broad spectrum of Human Resource disciplines having worked as an HR Generalist with hands- on demonstrated experience in Transactional HR and HR Business Partnering as well as specialist experience in Talent Management and development. She also brings experiences of working with and managing both large and small teams including senior management and non-management. She has worked in different countries during her time in employment in Africa (East Africa Region) and Europe (Denmark, Sweden & Norway) giving her the added advantage of working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and enjoys working with diversity. She is passionate about people development and growth and actively coaches and mentors talent in need of her skills.
